It is no secret that in the era of professional sport serious athletes require every possible advantage. Every sport has different physical requirements. Sport Specific Training (SST) improves an athlete's abilities by targeting the specific demands of the sport in a specialised training programme. Each specially-designed programme focuses on the muscle groups needed for the particular movements. In this way strength, agility, flexibility and reflexes are developed exactly as they are required.
