Personal training the MGF way:

In order to tailor our personal training to your specific needs MGF offers clients the option of training in our exclusive gym, located in Seapoint, or for a small premium, in the privacy of your own home or office. Our gym, First Principles, offers superior facilities and equipment in an exclusive atmosphere.

Home training takes the effort out of getting to the gym. It is well-suited to clients requiring privacy or wanting the discipline to reach their full potential.

All training sessions last one hour and are scheduled on weekdays to fit in with any client's schedule.

B.A. Sport and Excercise Science
ETA (P.F.T.)

Fitness Philosophy:

"I have a passion for fitness. Through years of sport, gym and personal training I have competed and worked with people from a wide range of physical backgrounds with many different training requirements. While I believe that fitness training should be objective driven, in order to produce visible results, I never lose sight of the fact that life is here to be enjoyed and that, ultimately personal fitness is meant to ensure a better quality of living."
